Lambros Global Engineering Pvt. Ltd, we have a systematic approach for design and development of Process units that caters services in following disciplines.

Piping and Mechanical :

In Piping department we deliver the design and drawings like Design basis Pipe wall thickness calculation and Piping Material Specification, Material Requisitions, Technical bid evaluation & Vendor drawing review.

Design specification for special piping components 3D Modeling, Layouts development & isometrics extraction from 3D models, Field engineering and construction assistance.

In Mechanical department we prepare mechanical data sheet, Static equipment design verification, Rotary and Static vendor document review. Stress Analysis using Caesar II Software

Modular / Skid based Engineering :

In order to facilitate ease of fabrication and reduce construction time at site, modular/skid based design as required by client is carried out. Criterion like transportation and lifting methodologies are taken care in design to suit the requirement of client. Optimised structural design and equipment layouts for reduced weight of module and construction oriented design to assist fabricators/construction contractor to reduce fabrication time are the key focus areas.

Civil and Structural :

In Civil and Structural department we deliver the design and drawings like Developing Design criteria, Specifications and Standard drawings and 3D Modeling Design of plant Grading, Roads, Paving, Fencing layouts Design of plant Storm water drainage as well as Effluent collection system Preparation of Composite Underground services layouts and coordination with other disciplines to ensure clash-free design Design of pipe rack (unit & offsite) and equipment supporting structures including foundations Design of foundations for static equipment, rotating equipment like pumps & compressors, skid mounted packages etc.

Design of technological Structure, Lifting and Transportation, In-place analysis Design of Access Platforms, Crossovers/Walkways, Pipe supports and other Secondary supports We use tools like Staad Pro for structural design and analysis.

Electrical and Instrumentation :

In Electrical and Instrumentation departments we develop Design Basis, Preparation of Datasheets and Material Requisitions.

Electrical network studies, Single line diagrams, Electrical layouts (Lighting / Earthing / Cable routing) Schematics and wiring / interconnection wiring diagrams, Preparation of detailed instrumentation bulk MTO, Specification for Field and Online instruments 3D Modeling of Instrument, Junction box, Cable trays etc. We also use the tools like INtool.

Process Engineering :

In process department our main focus is on projects where the Process Engineering is carried out by the Client/Licensor however we undertake the responsibility of Drafting of SP PID and Aveva PID and Drafting of “As Built” P&IDs

NDT Services :

We provide NDT services, like UT, MT, DPT and RT with help of ASNT qualified NDT inspectors.
